Meet Our Staff

Dr. Kim Eilerman provides pediatric care at Hand in Hand Pediatrics. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her pediatric residency through Doctors Hospital and Nationwide Children’s.

Dr. Eilerman chose pediatrics because of her lifelong love of working with children. She enjoys the fun and unpredictability that each day brings and values the opportunity to learn about her patients’ unique personalities. One of her favorite aspects of her work is building lasting relationships with families and watching children grow from the newborn stage into young adulthood. She also appreciates the extensive resources available through Nationwide Children’s that help support the care of her patients.

Dr. Eilerman is originally from Cincinnati. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at sporting events, reading, baking, completing puzzles, and traveling. She is also actively involved in her church and school community.
